👉 Education Quality Assurance (EQA): Higher standards for institutions enrolling international students.
👉 Accountability for Education Agents: Ensuring integrity in student recruitment.

Guidelines for Public Institutions:
👉 Limit international enrolment to 30% of total enrolment.
👉 Provide transparent tuition fees to avoid unexpected increases.
👉 Develop strategic plans to support international and domestic students.
