Random things that have made my life better.
1. Automating delivery for regular household items (toilet paper, coffee pods), and supplements/medication.
2. Letting go of the “1 hour workout" rigid mindset. If | can do 30 mins, I'll do that.
3. Silence (‘no-stimulation’ time daily).
4. Weekly solo-dates.
5. Learning not to take everything personally.
6. Organizing or decluttering for 10 mins each night (closet, counter, sink).
7. Downsizing closet: donating clothes/shoes | do not wear + not buying too many trendy things.
8. Increasing protein in my food.
9. Unsubscribing from unnecessary emails and newsletters.
10. Matching PJs with a nighttime ritual.
