1️⃣ Go to your top 15 company pages and under the about section, select ‘i'm interested’ - This will alert the recruiters that you are actively looking for a job in that company.

2️⃣ Click on jobs and then preferences. it’s need to be switched on for all 3 options to recruiters only. This way you will get job alerts as soon as a job is posted so you can be the top 10% to apply and stand out.

3️⃣ Add the featured section - add a google drive link that directs recruiter’s to your resume, or relevant projects or portfolio.

4️⃣ Make a list of 10-15 companies and connect with as many as people from those companies.

5️⃣ LinkedIn Headlines needs to be optimized.
