Police are seeking a woman suspected of illegally advertising Toronto apartments, deceiving multiple individuals. Between June and August last year, she allegedly posted rental listings online. After victims paid deposits, she falsely claimed the apartments were unavailable. Identified as 26-year-old Lariza Resendez Lopez, she faces charges of fraud and possession of unlawfully obtained property.
